3. Business Card Image Processing
When you use our business card scanning feature, the images you capture are processed as follows:

Business card images are temporarily transmitted to cloud-based AI infrastructure for the purpose of extracting contact information (such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and company details). Images are processed in memory only and are not persistently stored on the processing servers.
- Permanent storage. After extraction, the original business card images are stored in our EU-based data centre (Frankfurt am Main, Germany) and associated with your account. You may delete these images at any time by deleting the corresponding contact, which permanently removes both the contact record and all associated images.
- Extracted data. The structured contact information extracted from the images is stored in our EU-based database and is subject to the same data protection measures described in this policy.
4. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information.
7. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.
